One Concern Per Visit
To allow adequate time for each patient, please focus on one main medical concern per appointment. Additional concerns can be addressed at a follow up visit.
Missed Appointments
A $50 missed appointment fee may apply without adequate notice. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Prescription Refills
Routine medication refills are generally provided in three month cycles. Please book your refill appointment about one week before you expect to run out.
AI Scribe Technology
AI assisted scribe technology may be used during consultations to support accurate documentation. It does not replace the physician's clinical judgment, and privacy safeguards are maintained.
Appointment Delays
Medical care can be unpredictable and the clinic may occasionally run behind schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
